6 months!

Simon is 6 months old today! We're truly amazed at how our lives have changed, and wouldn't have it any other way. Here's a brief recap in pictures:

Missing Grandma and Grandpa

Simon has such a fun week last week with his Grandma Karen and Grandpa Tom. He misses them already!

Today I stayed home with Simon, and tomorrow Troy will do the same. Then on Wednesday we'll all be back to our normal schedule. Here are a few photos of my fun with Simon!

The Exersaucer is still great fun - the giraffe is Simon's favorite, hands down.

And he is still doing really well at sitting up!

Fun time with Grandma and Grandpa

Since our nanny is on vacation this week (somewhere warm, we are jealous), my parents came out for the whole week to take care of Simon. They've all been having so much fun! Here are some shots from the week, from Mom & Dad's camera!

Sitting up

Simon is starting to be able to sit up by himself!

"Reindeer rides"

Troy has had a lot of fun lately giving Simon "horsey rides." Though in the past few weeks, in the spirit of the season, he's been calling them "reindeer rides."

Simon loves this and if you stop doing it, he'll protest a little and bop up and down, as if to say, "Giddyup, horsey!"

Pizza

How to Make Chicago-Style Pizza, by Simon Ryba.

1) Have your daddy make some pizza dough, roll it out and put it in a pizza pan.

2) Help daddy add spinach.

3) Have daddy add cheese and sauce, and put it in the oven.

4) Voila! Pizza!
