More pics from New Years

Over New Years weekend, it was really cold outside, so we were mostly confined to my parents' house. I took Simon out at one point, though, to Rosedale mall where we ran around the hallways and also played in the kids play area.

There was a big slide that had no stairs to go up. But Simon figured out how to get up really quickly by using his feet!


And of course, whenever he slides down a new slide, he goes down backwards on his tummy. Very cautious, our boy is.

There was also a fun bridge to climb on:

And rides to ride on. He was amused enough to sit in them without me paying the 75 cents to get them to rock back and forth, thankfully.


It was a great hour or so of playing. And we also got to meet up with our friend Jessica for a while at Rosedale, and it was great to see her!
